We have never been called back in for the repair under a recall. I drove two hours for an appointment for the repair and after waiting an hour in your nice lounge I was told I would need to come back. I called a couple weeks later and was told you are waiting for parts. That was more than a month ago. I have never heard from you again.

Brae was not very customer friendly. My appointment for a tire rotation took over 2 hours & she never told me things would be running behind & when I asked why it took so long, she just said they were running behind. She also never offered to wash the vehicle with the complimentary wash that is usually offered. This is the 2nd time Brae has been the customer service person for me & neither experience have been great.

I always look for Brea, She will get on the task and make sure everything is covered every encounter I have had. She reviewed my car maintenance and tried to only recommend the things that were necessary.. my appointment was done quickly and courteously by all. BHall

I had a coupon but it didn’t apply since I only did an oil change instead of an oil change AND tire rotation. So I’m paying more for an oil change and asking for less work to be done. I was also told it would be an hour long service but it took an hour and a half.
