I feel comfortable with the service I receive at Toyota. I miss Randy but am satisfied.

VERY NICE PERSONAL AT SERVICE.
The customer service lady so ignorant and disrespectful to me. She doesn’t even acknowledge what I need to get done to my car. Her job ethic is zero. I requested to check tire pressure because it was unbalanced. I showed to her via the app in my phone unbalance tire pressure, however her response was that’s not bad. I requested for the second time if someone can check the problem.she went the other side of the customer service and talk to the other employee. I was wondering why the service personnel not check tire pressure before get ready for individuals. Is your service not including check tire pressure?
As stated during our phone conversation Jared, I feel that I should receive a credit for the 39.90 environmental fee since it was not included in the initial estimate or in today's vehicle check in report. Full disclosure is essential for a business to operate ethically. This was a phone call and text message to Jared on April 1st.
The customer service is what I am not pleased with. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Tacking on a hefty environmental fee with out disclosing it is unprofessional and not likely to result in repeat customers.
Stephanie does a great job working with customers.
She makes clear what service needs to be done and roughly how long it will take.
Ty was very professional and communicated with me well the entire time. He called attention to the tire wear and pointed out the sale that is going on now without being pushy - that's something I've always appreciated about Baxter
I went to get an oil change. My light was on for air pressure in my tires. I specifically I asked if they could fill all the tires with the right air. They said yes. When I got the car, the light was still on. No one had fixed the tires. A year ago when I went to your dealership, I paid for a tire rotation with my oil change. I drove away and noticed they never rotated the tires. The two women that helped me were fantastic. They were very friendly and courteous. Also, the oil change was supposed to be an hour and it was an hour and a half. Other than that. I just think the service department lacks in something. The people that greet you and take your information are great.

I brought my 2004 Corolla in for a diagnostic test for a problem with misfire and rich codes. Danny said number two injector is bad and when I asked for a printout or snapshot of diagnostic test there wasn't one. I had asked if diagnostic test included hooking up to a computer that does an analysis and was told that it did. I have put injectors on myself and must have a bad one and will repair it myself. Im not so sure that that injector is the real problem and will let you know if the diagnosis was wrong. When I got the car home I could smell gas and checked under the hood to find the injectors dumping gas in the top of the head. I asked Angie for a refund and she refused. She says that Danny said it was dumping gas when I brought it in but I know it wasn't because I had been under the hood working on it and would have noticed and would have smelled it on the way to bring it to you. I say that Danny didn't get the fuel rail and injectors back on properly. I have a video of the gas dumping out. Please fully refund me poor service. Thank you.

The reason for this service was poor workmanship during an oil change the week prior which which caused an oil leak at drain plug. Service department did get car in and problem corrected right away but a simple drain plug leak during service of a relatively new car doesn't give me great confidence in their service department
Staff always courteous and I was able to make an appt online while traveling over the weekend.
