Very efficient. The software wanting me to review the vehicle’s condition checklist refused to load, so I had to have an advisor call it up on the computer. Kind of a hassle.

Had errant message from Stephanie on Friday, May 2. She advised car was ready, warranty had not yet been applied, and that Angie, who I had been working with was not working. My wife drove me to Baxter and as I entered my wife left as I told her that I had just gotten off of the phone and I had been assured the vehicle was done, except for applying the warranty which Stephanie said she would apply. I walked in and immediately saw Angie. I had received a text from her asking me to contact her just as I had received the call from Stephanie. I told her I had received the call from Stephanie and asked where she could be found. Angie seemed taken aback and said I was working with her. Angie told me she was calling on the warranty and I told her I would wait and have a snack. ( very good snack and drink bar). Angie came out about a half hour later and said it might be a while and offered me a loaner car. I told her I would wait a little longer. She came back out a while later and again offered a loaner vehicle. I asked if I could just pay for my repairs and it was then that I found out that Stephanie had given me some wrong information. Angie apologized and said the part had not been ordered yet and nothing could be done on my vehicle until I agreed to the estimate. Angie explained the soonest the vehicle could be ready was possibly Monday afternoon, and that the labor would take around 5 hours. I found my wife was unable to come get me. Although it was close to five I asked Angie if she could still accommodate a loaner for me. She arranged it and I was given a very nice Prius to drive. The vehicle work was completed on Monday and I picked it up. I will continue to do business with Baxter and highly recommend purchasing a vehicle and having service completed there. Thank you. The service agent, Brae Patton, is not always friendly. Inconsistent is a good description. Sometimes she is pleasant and seems tolerant of us as customers and our needs. A couple of other times, she seems bothered or inconvenienced by the need to help us. Maybe it's maturity or a need to grow in a humble attitude to put others needs before our own. Hope she can improve. We like Baxter; we need Baxter Service.
I was very impressed with your job and how you explained to me what I need to do to take care of my car. Also helping me with my tire by fixing it and letting me know when you have them on sail. Far much better then in the past your service,I put a lot of trust in how your people take care and stand behind your work and your word.please stay that way.
She was very condescending when I was explaining what noise my husband and I experienced when driving the vehicle.
