I had an outstanding experience with Erin the service attendant at Toyota. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process of getting four new tires on my vehicle. Erin kept me well informed and reassured, always updating me on the status of my vehicle and when I could expect it to be ready, her professionalism and excellent communication made a potentially stressful situation much easier. Ty was an excellent with his customer service and very responsive to any questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with! However, on an unrelated note, $700 dollars labor on $300 dollars worth of parts seemed very high. I simply can’t afford those kinds of costs anytime I come in for any kind of issue. In the past three months I’ve spent almost $4000 in repairs on a truck that hasn’t even hit 70,000 miles. I’ll likely be looking at other repair shops in town that are much more affordable. I also likely won’t be purchasing another Toyota, which is unfortunate since I expected much better quality from the brand.
