Baxter got my Tacoma in right away to address a recall issue. The process took right at 2 hours, but the lounge,refreshments, and TV helped the time go quickly. I appreciate their attention to detail and customer service!

I am very pleased with Stephanie, she was a pleasure to work with and handled everything professionally. Probably the best service representative I have dealt with in quite a while. The only reason I am not completely satisfied is that when we picked up the Highlander that just had new brakes and tires installed I don’t understand why the wheels and tires were left filthy! I figure they could at least clean up the solution that they used to put the tires on the wheels and wash the tires that looked like they were sitting on top of a shelf for about a year. I own another vehicle, but I bring it to a GMC dealership and every time I pick it up when serviced it’s been washed. Just thought you should know this and maybe make a policy change.

The quote I was given had a two hundred dollar hidden charge. Staff said it was because it included the diagnosis charge that I already paid for? Unable to speak with anyone about status of vehicle on Wednesday as I live an hour away. If you have any questions please let me know.

Despite being a busy day, the service was great. The education on the service was good, and I feel safer having bought new tires. Plus it was the tire sale. Just weird that my driver side tire was 6 psi higher than the other three tires.

The desk service needs work. The young gal that checked me in gave me wrong information telling me the recall work couldnt be done but you could proceed to work on the oil change and it would take an hour or hour and 1/2. So i decided to wait in waiting room rather than leave with my sister sho picked me up only to find out that they were going to work on the recall and i end up sitting in waiting room for 3 hours. Actual mechanic service was good but desk service needs work.
