I usually go to the one in Lawrence where the salesmen sound like people and not robots that are just cogs in the machine. Didn’t bother to get to know me or what I do for work and sold me a car that doesn’t fit those needs. They also have a bad habit of just leaving you without further information on the situation, nor did they offer any refreshments. Character evaluation and some people skills would be valuable assets to teach the robotic salesmen.
