I was told if I have any questions to reply to this message. I have questions about the tire that was repaired on my new 4runner the day before I purchased it. The vehicle has a rough wabble at highway speeds and I am trying to get info on my options for getting the tires checked out again to ensure their safety.

Legends toyota service and detail ****. Didn't clean my windows like they said twice. Also I complained about s transmission shutter/slipping torque converter but legends toyota insisted that it was a transmission mount. I took my car to a transmission shop and they verified my complaint and find that the transmission is faulty. Legends toyota just wants me to return the car instead of fixing my wife's dream car. Taking advantage of disabled veterans isnt cool.

Michael was great and service was fast however it was frustrating to be told you don’t match competitor’s coupons as I have found this to be standard practice at other dealerships. In the future I will go to the dealership who sends me coupons. Especially when it’s just for routine/standard maintenance like an oil change and tire rotation.

Pretty smooth process. It's a "new to me" car and it's my first time taking it in. He explained all of the "should have been done" to do items very clearly to me because we didn't know the car's exact history up to the point I purchased it.
