While I was satisfied with the service, your record keeping leaves much to be desired. I had transmission service done because I was told it didn't appearto have been done at 90000 miles.But I came home and checked my records. I had transmission service done at 92669 miles. That's the second time in a year that I've paid for a service that had previously been done.

Steven is Friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns of my vehicle, makes notes and ensures that he has addressed them all before I leave the dealership. I appreciate the personal courtesy call to let me know my vehicle is ready for pick up.

Andrew was very courteous and helpful! He explained all the charges very clearly. And Andrew Kroll did an excellent job explaining what was going on with my brakes and all the “whys” we needed to do what needed to be done…but without pressuring me.

This experience was WAY better than my last couple with a different service manager. I was kept informed and felt like Andrew was actively listening and offering informed advice. Andrew is the best service manager I’ve encountered at Legends in 8 years. I’d also like to note that the gentleman who was on the sales side who helped me drop off my RAV4 the night before my appointment (after the service center closed), was extremely helpful. I believe his name was Derek. In any event, rather than avoiding a customer confused by the drop box (which needs attention), who was not within his job duties, he came outside to help and even put my RAV4 in the garage.

Isaiah checked me in saying it would take about 2 hours to complete my repair. I never heard from him again. I tracked down another guy who helped me but even he kept saying it’s about ready. After 3 hours where I had to keep asking about my car (no one offered information or took the initiative to keep me updated) my truck was brought around.
