Andrew was great. I really like when customer service people are genuine and you don’t get someone’s fake “customer service” persona. He was very professional yet easy going and personable. You are lucky to have someone like him as a front facing person to your customers, it really enhances the customer experience to have someone who can effectively balance top tier customer service as well as normal personability.
