I had a 10:45 appointment for an oil change tire rotation. Arrived at 10:40. Technician asked if I wanted to have a recall item addressed, which was a software update of the entertainment system. He said it would take about an hour. I told him I would do it another time as I was in somewhat of a hurry. Finally received my vehicle at almost 12:45. Two hours for oil change and tire rotation!

I come to your location because, you are more kind than others - last visit whoever dumb service guy it was - was rude and condescending multiple blanking times! Tell him and the entire staff not to be rude condescending morons to customers! ( most of the staff does not act rudely just some of the young ones do not how to be professional and it’s not blanking responsibility to teach them simple basic principles of not being a rude moron. They just try to discredit anything you say even just normal conversation - it’s toxic and dumb of them - and it has no place with me or your business! Don’t ever let this happen again!
