I don’t remember a Jacob helping in my purchase. Amber and Emily were very helpful. I went to two other Toyota dealerships and one Subaru dealership and they both are the only ones who got on their computers and found exactly what I was looking for.

Evan had the best customer service experience I ever had since coming there. He advised only had two techs and it would take a day to do all my services and gave me a loaner and I got a message my car was ready. So I came back with loaner and the oruce was as he quoted. I will definitely be back.

Customer service is great is the service department. But a 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. I had an appointment and this service should have taken less than 60 mins.

Michael did a great job at explaining all the service options available and how to manage costs on a very old 1997 Land Cruiser. Michael is personable, funny, and sincere. He provided a loaner car since the repair was going to take a couple of days. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and service we received.

My Band has almost 100,000 miles on it put on about 45,000 miles a year I am in the service department approximately every 5 to 6 weeks and they do an excellent job take care of me very well I’m completely happy with her service
