Michael and the Legends Toyota crew have consistently met and/or exceeded my expectations when it comes to servicing my Toyota. In the past, with other service shops, I experienced the push for unneeded services, but not with Michael and the Legends Service crew.

This was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to a car dealership. Everyone was very helpful and very professional. Service manager David Rank is a one of a kind type of guy. The world would be in such a better place if we had more guys like him. The same could be said for Mr. Evan Donahue. He was great in helping me out and making me feel comfortable when I was in a bind. Same goes for the rest of the staff I came in to contact with. Toyota has a great group at Legends Toyota and should use those guys and girls to set the standard for all dealerships. Thanks again

I feel like we are being pushed for extras every time we bring vehicle in for service for BS that’s unnecessary. Just because “mfg recommends” doesn’t mean it’s needed. And even when told exactly what I wanted n asked them to let me know prior to doing anything extra yall still did extra and charged for it! Keep that up and I will not come back and I will find another dealership to do biz with.
