I dropped my car off at at 9:30 on 2/7 to have a recalled part replaced. There were no loaner cars available, so someone had to pick me up. I was told my car should be ready to pick up in 3 hours. I never received a call or text saying my car was ready, so I called the dealership at 5:30 to inquire about the status of my car, and was given incredibly unhelpful service. Essentially I was told there was no one that could help, so I would have to call back on Monday to figure out what’s going on with my car. I said that was incredibly inconvenient because I have to work on Monday, and the person sat on the phone silent for a minute or two, and then just said “well, is there anything else I can help with”. I asked if he could reach out to a manager or someone, and he said there was nothing he could do and then said bye. Not only am I going to be without a car for the whole weekend, I am now also going to have to take off work on Monday and miss out a day of wages to figure out what is going on with my car. I am incredibly displeased with the customer service I have been provided with today. This is a good way to run a business or treat customers, especially when you are dealing with something like modes of transportation.
