I was there for 4 hours and 15 minutes for a oil change, 4 tires and an alignment. That is too long. I had an appointment, and was on time.

I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes before and was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait and I could reschedule if wanted. I had the day off work and wasted a large chunk of it waiting.

Oscar texted me with some other issues with my car. I tried to respond to the text but was not able to. He tried to call me but it didn’t go through. Yhis was frustrating for me and probably him also. Something needs to be done with your text, calling system. Oscar did great.

We have used Toyota legends for years. I am now starting to question that decision. I understand the difficult times with finding technicians, but that’s not my problem. Finding appointment times are not difficult, but trying to figure out the statement of work and parts as part of the receipt… Frustrating! For example, we bought tires and were told rotations are free during services. We are always fighting the charges for stupidity regarding rotations or tires. It’s not hard - either educate us all when you say, free rotations… Or stop the insanity. One would think that if you bought tires from you that it would be in the “system“ and we wouldn’t have to question what you mean by free. I think we’re walking away from your business, but not the brand. Tell me I’m wrong.
