My appointment was scheduled at 11:45, promised time was 1:30pm was waiting until 2:27 before asking for an update on my car. Left around 3pm. I was rushed out the door when it was finished and did not even receive a breakdown on the multi inspection nor the mileage sticker. Don’t think it’s fair to have to book an appointment and not honoring it.

Windshield wiper out of stock. Perhaps this could have been indicated when I scheduled the appointment online. But Michael Jacobsen explained everything. He was terrific! Definite asset to Legends Toyota!
