I got to your dealership at 11:05 and left around 2. I was told at check in that my oil change would be done around 12:30 or 1 at the latest. Sorry guys but that’s not managing expectations. I hope this helps your team.

Tucker accommodated a couple of additional service requests on my part that were not options in the online service portal. I hope that I was not the cause of some delays that I know occurred. I appreciated getting these things knocked out.

I originally made my appointment months in advance due to your tire special and my work schedule. Less than four days prior to my appointment, a rude lady called me, saying I have no choice but to change my time and day of my appointment because of your scheduling conflicts, and being behind in service. When I explain to her that I specifically took time out of work and made my appointment months in advance, she reported to me that I have no other choice but to move my appointment. I specifically dropped my car off yesterday, so that Toyota could probably start my appointment at 7:15 AM. I was instructed it would take no more than four to five hours in total. I did not get a text until 2 PM stating that my car is finally ready for pick up. I phoned ahead to confirm that my sunroof was fixed, all four tires were placed, and that my car was washed, which was a courtesy that you all gave me when you messed up last time. The lady reported it all has been done and that she confirmed with the staff. I was actually going to change service and go back to Olathe Toyota, but I decided to give you another chance with my tires. When I arrived to pick my car up, my car was not washed. At that point, I did not want to stay extra just for you to wash my car. I felt I waited long enough for your services today. It is disappointing because I feel that the last few service appointments have not flowed smoothly.

My only concern was that the tires weren't checked. My tire light was still on so it must not have been serviced. It is usually ok after an oil chance. Everything else was good
