Evan was fantastic. Listened and was through. He noted my request to have 5W30 as my selected oil but after reviewing the invoice, 0w20 was used. Not Evans fault, tech didn’t read the instructions.

Josh Roach was outstanding. My previous appointment was bumped by Legends Toyota Service due to some unexplained reason. I called the service manager and Josh followed up with a call to address my dissatisfaction. He made an appointment and had me in and out in an hour from my appointment time. 5 stars

Took 2 hours for an oil change. Didn't reset the oil change message. Left windows open when it was raining. Changed radio/wiper/headlight settings
