Need to do a better job when recommending the **** services you have to do to make money. Just make sure you recommend services that actually apply to the vehicle example... 4x4 services when they vehicle I took is 2WD.

Cody Petterson was AMAZING in every way. Very kind and helped me out in every way. I am so pleased with everyone who has helped me out in the past as well. The service rep informed me of all that needed to be done, how long, and how much. He checked with me during my wait. What really impressed me was that he didn't have to call my name when my vehicle was done. He knew who I was and where I was sitting!!

evan was amazong always is but i guess he went home sick and i was not informed my vehicle was ready I had to call before anyone noticed and I did not get the maintenances that I asked for completed I came in for a oil change. the cap that went missing after my tire was replaced 3 weeks prior was ordered and was supposed to be put on when i came in for my oil change, and the wrong cap was put on and I asked about a tune as my truck seemed to hunt for gears alot but I think I called it a software update... might have been my fault on the last one. Still awaiting a response for the cap for my tire though

The service was good but I didn't expect to have to be there for nearly two hours for a tire rotation and oil change. Seems like if you want this routine service it could offered a little quicker.

Mr. Jacobsen is clearly an asset to your organization. Seriously, not just an ****. He has earned the ET, too. So he is an ASSET! I ENJOY dealing with him for my Tundra needs. He has the Legends Toyota and my - needs in mind at the same time. The only negative thing about him... is that he likes the Raiders. LOL! Just joking.
