I brought my C-HR in for an oil chance and multipoint inspection. Upon completion it was noted my rear brakes were at 2mm and needed serviced (no problem). I specifically asked how the battery tested and was told it tested good. We then left in a loaner while the brakes were being serviced and I got a call that when they went to move the car there was a slow turn and was told the battery was bad. My issue is I specifically asked how the battery tested because my wife said there was an issues with the vehicle starting so I wanted it checked. It makes me doubt any of the multipoint inspection.

On Thursday, I came in for a scheduled oil change at 10:45 and did not get back home until 4pm. I was told the oil change would take a couple of hours, which was fine, however, after 2 hours, I asked for an update, and the person at the desk said that there were still 3 people in queue without an estimated time in which that would be completed. I asked how long it would take, and the employee at the desk said probably another hour without giving me any solutions like a loaner car to get lunch which I went the day without. They offered a shuttle home, but for only one more hour, it was too late for me to go anywhere. I wish the communication was set before I had to ask.

I had an appointment for 7:45 AM and was promised my car by 9:15 AM. At 9:20 AM, my car had not even been looked at. I was told the delay was due to Christmas being a few days away. I told Evan I shouldn’t wait over an hour and a half when I had an appointment. I asked for my car back due to needing to leave for an other appointment. My car was NEVER serviced! Why make appointments if you aren’t going to honor them!?! If I wouldn’t have purchased an extended service package, I definitely WOULD NOT come back to Legend’s Toyota.

As always, the Toyota office team (Michael among them) worked amazingly well in efficiency (even with limited holiday staffing) caring for my vehicle’s maintenance. Techs did a great job. Grateful for the consistent excellent, personable service provided at Legends Toyota. We are military and have been all across the U.S.; we’ve learned not all Toyota dealerships are built this well. Thank you for choosing to be reliably fun, competent providers. Little things that help make this region the amazing place it is.
