I received an email stating I should take advantage of my free service and when I scheduled it online it showed as free in my cart. When I arrived I was informed I would have to pay for it. I understand it’s partly my responsibility to know the service agreement for my new vehicle but can’t help feeling deceived by the email and online scheduling. I needed an oil change and the staff were friendly and helpful otherwise.

Manager who handled my service was excellent as were the two drivers who drove me using the shuttle service to the adjacent mall since my service was lengthy. One was named Jake I believe. He was very polite and knowledgeable about Toyotas. He was fantastic as was the woman with long hair that drove me as well. Thank you!

I was satisfied with the services performed but not when I received the invoice when there was a charge for tire rotation when in fact they were never rotated. I feel like at times services are trying to be sold to me that don't need done. Last time I was told I needed 4 wheel drive service done when I just had it done 10k miles previously. I feel like the guys turning wrenches are doing a good job but I'm starting to loose trust in your service reps.

My service tech was great. I had a misunderstanding with the parts department regarding tires and he handled the situation with care and professionalism as did the gentleman who helped me from the parts department.
