There was damage to my vehicle. My inner fender well covers were ripped out for the second time after getting my oil changes done here at the Legends Toyota I am tired of replacing what your mechanics are destroying because they don’t care it’s not their vehicle . I’m hoping Jacob the service manager will make it right after he took pics of the the damage caused. LEGENDS TOYOTA HAS SOME BAD APPLES IN THE BUNCH.

Much happier , to compare from my last visit, I really appreciate the customer service that I recd from Micheal. Kept a smile on his face with not just me I observe his interaction with another customer after me and before me. And I would say we had no issues. And the young lady I did not get her name , they made a great team. He show no pressure, even though he seen pretty busy. Thank You.
When I made the appointment, I (as I always do) scheduled the service that was due, an interior detail, and a complimentary car wash. I was informed that the only service due was a tire rotation, and that the interior detail would be $115. When I got to Legends, I was told my RAV4 was due for an oil change. I asked to double check and was then told it wasn’t due for an oil change. I never got any texts during the day like I normally do. I finally called at 4:30 or so to make sure I’d get my RAV4 back before close, and was told it was ready. I said I hadn’t received the inspection report and asked that it be sent to me. When I got to Legends, I still hadn’t received the report and asked that it be sent to me electronically. I was informed it would be sent. When I saw my RAV4 I noticed it hadn’t been washed, but didn’t follow up given the hour. I got home, and realized I had been charged $12 for the complimentary car wash that didn’t happen. I was also charged $150 for the interior detail. When I called, I was told it should’ve been $115. Then I was placed on hold and next informed that the charge starts at $115 and goes up from there. This made no sense because I’ve been getting interior details at a standard price at Legends since I bought my RAV4 in 2017. And in any event it was just detailed in September 2023 and was actually a lot cleaner when I brought it in than it has been in the past. I still haven’t received an electronic copy of my inspection report. The print out I was given at Legends shows two things that possibly needed service, but I wasn’t informed of those things so I couldn’t get them done while my RAV4 was at Legends. Usually I receive texts throughout Legends service appointments through which I can approve recommended services. I didn’t get any texts this time.
My technician was quick, respectful, and thorough while doing his job. It was refreshing to see.

It was the worst service I've ever had service advisor spent so much time trying to sell me stuff that I did not want done to my vehicle he didn't even get the stuff done that I came in for I will not be returning
