I wasn't remotely satisfied with my service and you might want to read my response text from this morning. It is almost, if not EVERY time I come there, your dealership leaves me astonished with something new they've done wrong. This is my second Toyota, all I look at is Toyotas, when I look at replacement vehicles but Legends Toyota's atrocious service over and over (mutilple times already noted) make me never WANT to buy another Toyota ever again.

I came in for oil change , sat there for almost hour and half and they came and told me they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have oil filter to fit my truck. Now have to take off work again to bring back for oil change . So hopefully they will have my filter when I come back on 16th and not have to wait that long again!

Bruce was fine, what happened was out of his control. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived on time and at check in I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, no problem. 3 and a half hours later and my truck was done. Again, nothing to do with Brice, he was very apologetic and nice, but this was ridiculous.
