1st oil change took 2 hrs??? 2nd notified car ready, showed up & stood in garage while 4 different people walked by & never acknowledged I existed. Finally, I lost my cool & told somebody that needed help. Took me toa man on the phone & I waited almost 10 minutes & he never got off the phone. Finally someone came into her me settle my bill. Bought 3 cars from your dealership, will not be back

Michael Jacobson has provided me with exceptional service and kept us informed about the trouble shooting and status or repairs. His concern and expertise will be the reason I will be a returning for the maintenance on both my Camry and Venza. I was disappointed, and to be honest, insulted with the customer service I received by my previous Toyota dealership. You are a little further away than the dealer I have relied on for 20+ years. I was surprised to find out that a recommended service every 30,000 miles had never been mentioned at any previous service appointment with your dealership. We are very diligent in having regular recommended service for our vehicle. The only excuse offered by the service advisor was that they had been experiencing problems with turnover. This is rather unfortunate and unacceptable.

Steering wheel was not centered after alignment. Also, I was told that the tech wanted to charge me for a diagnostic fee for a yaw sensor code. After researching it if there was a DTC for the yaw sensor it would have illuminated the traction control light. I also had never seen any current or historical codes for the yaw sensor. When I hooked up my autel scanner at home again there were no codes and no historical codes. Not impressed to be honest, won't be coming back and I'll have to go somewhere to get my steering wheel straightened because it was perfectly straight before the alignment. This is why I do all repairs and maintenance on my own, if you want something done right do it yourself. Unfortunately I'm at the mercy of other people when it comes to tire installs and alignments.

Did not detail my car. You have before in same condition for regular price. Took 5 hours to inform you couldn't. Must not want my money. Will be going elsewhere from now on. You wasted my day, I was willing to pay double which is all is wrong to do. Must of turned into Walmart. Detailing department got lazy. 5 hours to do an oil change!? 3 hours last time. Please hire/fire correct people. Went from fantastic to terrible. If it takes so long you need more employees. Obviously you don't want the business. Thanks for not honoring quoted price, thanks for taking 5 hours to do an oil change. But your shuttle lady is fantastic, safe, courtious, pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed that more than your service. Please give her a darn raise, she truely deserves it. I did not raise a stink or even saying anything mean. I just know if that was my job to detail cars and I refused, that'd be my last day at 90% of places. I know its dirty but I live on a gravel road. You are the closest dealership so this has been my worst experience with legends toyota ever. This will be the end of a multi year loyal customer. Your oil lube department and detailing departments did not do as promised or even calling me ASAP. If you don''t need money you of informed me sooner. Am not happy. My email is if a manager would like to respond. Otherwise good bye, will be going elsewhere. There are many Toyota dealerships to go to. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Legends Toyota, but hell who cares right? You even to manage losing my car too. You got some serious Walmart like **** monkey crap going on. What happened? New owners? Horrible experience. You're welcome, have a nice day. Kian L

Estimate completed time was probably going to be Wednesday but ended up finishing Monday after they received the tie-rod early. A nice surprise!
