One of the valve stems caps was not reinstalled, driver front. Also the door jam states 30psi for the tires and they aired them up to 35-37psi.

Michael was excellent at explaining what was needed for my car. It was a very different situation and he helped me understand. He was friendly and pleasant dealing with what needed to be done. I went in for an oil change and left with the engine light on. I came back and was told the lights were on when I got there even though they weren’t. I was told there was a picture so I asked to see it and then was told it got deleted. Turns out there was some intake value that was knocked lost. It was fixed but I felt he was doubling down on something that was not true.

I did receive an appraisal today from Mr. Juan Chavez & Brandon Zatar, so thank you. I appreciate the offer however I believe it is worth more. This vehicle has been garaged throughout covid, only 22k miles. Vehicle was purchased from you and serviced by you and is in excellent condition. It my view, easily be Toyota Certified and sold immediately. Let me know if you are interested in the vehicle. And thank you again for awesome service. Bought a new 2017 TRD Premium 4Runner from you and Traded that in for the Current vehicle from you as well. You have always treated me well and I hope to purchase the next vehicle from you likely the Crown Nightshade or the 4Runner m you and I am producing to be associated with you all.
