My daughter says her car is now rattling and shaking on the left side of her car (she thinks) This was not happening prior to the oil change and tire rotation. Can you please take a look at it early in the week. It is now unsafe to drive

I expressed concerns about my wipers streaking and asked for a new set be installed. I was told it was the quality of the wipers being used by the dealership was subpar and people complained about them even though my wipers were factory. So apparently they were inspected and given a go but they still do the same thing. So i guess I’m on my own for wipers.
