Bryce is amazing and I seek him out every service appointment. I was explaining a strong odor coming from my vents when A/C is on and he recommended the Fresh Air Flush service which corrected the problem. I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, all of the service maintenance that needs done for the miles on my car and to update the software on my car stereo because it has never worked since I bought it in Oct 2019. I’d only just found out it’s because the software needed updated. When I got there I was told they couldn’t take care of my car bc my appointment was at 3 and they leave at 4. I didn’t pick the time, Toyota did. I didn’t add items to the to do list, Toyota knew when I scheduled. But I get there and your staff thinks nothing of telling me there’s nothing they can do in a 3pm appointment but they’ll start and see how far they get by 4. At 4:04 pm they come to me saying miracle of all miracles they got it all done. They hand me a piece of paper saying they checked my air pressure and rotated my tires. Funny that, the flat tire I drove in on is still flat. And in the exact same spot. I realized it, immediately turned around but everyone had left. They told me they’d updated my stereo software after telling me there was no way they could. Funny that, I still can’t use anything on the nonexistent “infotainment” system - the same as I haven’t been able to use it since I ordered my car from the factory, that is still missing the Sirius radio I was told came automatically. Besides that, I have serious doubts that they changed my oil. I intend to check with a non Toyota affiliated shop if they can confirm it was changed. And I do not believe for one second they did any of the other maintenance they said they did if they lied about checking my tire pressure and rotating my tires. They couldn’t even be bothered to LOOK at the tires. Then the sales staff hide me in an office because of course they do not want customers to hear the truth about Legends sales & service team. I’m told she’ll put me in a loner so I can have a car until your service staff ACTUALLY does the maintenance they said they did. Only you don’t have any loner cars, only monster trucks. I will never allow Toyota near my car again and after having 6 Toyotas, I will never buy another one again. Fortunately I have the video, photos, and actual receipts to prove that your Toyota lied to me, again! And this time you’ve put my life in danger. A fact your sales associate made fun of me about. There is nothing you can do to fix this. Nothing.

Oil change was supposed to be about $75 ended up just over $90... The problem with my car phone microphone needs a $1200 module. Frustrating??

Center of dash was left on “settings”. Should have been left as it was before the technician cleared the maintenance due soon. Service otherwise was satisfactory.

Excellent and timely service. We had no appointment for a tire with a hole in an irreparable tire. He squeezed us in, diagnosed the problem and ordered the tire. The tire came in the next day and we again with no appointment got in and they mounted the tire, handled the insurance paperwork and sent us on our way in a much safer vehicle. Thank you ????
