I would have preferred for Toyota to contact me once my car was done being serviced instead of having to go to the facility to ask for it. When I called, the girl that talked to me said she couldn’t find the status of my vehicle and a supervisor would call me back. I didn’t get a call back within 30 minutes so then went to get my car.

We won’t be returning to Toyota for any service unless it’s warranty work. The price gouging today was outrageous. Not only was there an erroneous shop supply fee that no one let us know about, but the most frustrating part was the rip off of the wiper blades that you charged us over $73 for. I looked up the exact part number Online and the wiper blades are $13.99 apiece. The level of frustration when leaving this morning, it’s hard to describe.
