Everyone was wonderful! I would have allowed you to give me an a trade and appraisal on my vehicle if you actually had a truck with a gasoline engine or a diesel engine that was big enough to haul a real 36 Foot trailer(RV) fully loaded down! I don’t and will not ever but an electric or hybrid car so I do hope that you decide to stop building those. I hope this message does move along to the higher up so they can stop making them. Thank you.

I was satisfied with him. Although if there was nothing wrong with my 4Runner 4 wheel drive then why did it take them from from 10am to 12p. To look at and make that determination. 2hours I sat there and nothing was wrong with it. This leaves me wondering ????

Your service department was very helpful explaining what was happening and addressing issues I had. Bryce was very nice and knowledgeable! There were 2 other men in an office that I talked with that were very helpful as well. I'm sorry I didn't get their names.
