Now my sensors are off. The contact your dealer system malfunction message came up. There was no problem with it before I brought it there. I work 8-4 M-F and live 25 mins away. It is extremely difficult for me to get rides back and forth to drop it off and now it needs to go back in. I’m hoping you can send someone to pick it up and bring it back or give me a loaner so I don’t have to get rides.

Car was not washed. It sat outside 30 minutes before being taken in. And the recall work request was ignored. Now I have to come back again for that.

Scott was straightforward and realistic about the duration of service. He did not try to upsell any unnecessary services, but made me aware of upcoming maintenance costs recommended by the manufacturer - which is appreciated. Time will tell if the service was done to standard, but I think Scott did a great job.
