Tailgate still not fixed. This was the 3rd it’s been for the problem. When I picked truck up today the tailgate worked. Tried it again when I got home. Still broke. I even took videos of it. It’s worse now than before.

Was told service would take 3/4-1 hr. Took 2 hrs. 3 days after service I notice a large oil stain (2’-3’) on the driveway. I was able to take the car back in right away to get the problem fixed. Hopefully all is well now but this was a major inconvenience and I still need to deal with the oil stain. I understand that things sometimes happen and glad that it was taken care of right away.

I like going to get maintenance done at the dealership but twice now I have not been offered a car wash. It seems like a small thing but it's something I'd get going to thr dealer than just a regular shop. I did hear other customers being told their cars were getting cleaned so I was disappointed to see mine wasn't and this is the 2nd time in a row it wasn't done when there being serviced.

Never coming back to dealership again. Its not my job to make sure your techs do theirs. If I had not caught that no coolant was in vehicle my family suv would have been damaged. That's what you are paid to do.
