This was my first time using the service center and I was very impressed. They were speedy and everyone was really nice. I also liked the waiting area. Very clean and spacious, with plenty of places to set up my laptop while I waited for my car.

Rear tires were over inflated by 7psi, had to pull over to deflate them, wrong psi on inspection report as well.

I was annoyed with whoever I made my appointment with because they didn’t record it. I showed up when she told me my appointment was and Edward had no record of it. He was more than accommodating in getting me my oil change, which I totally appreciated. He was so friendly and helpful. I should have known something was wrong when I didn’t get email reminders. Edward was awesome so I thank you for having such a great customer service member. That’s how it should be.

I came in for an inspection and failed due to abnormal tire wear. The tires were 60,000 mile tires and only had about 20,000 miles. I was shown the tire wear and said it was due to bad lower control arms; however, aside from the abnormal wear car did not exhibit any symptoms from bad/failing control arms. I brought car to NTB to address tire/warranty issue. It was determined that alignment was WAY out of spec...consistent with the abnormal wear on the two front and the one rear tire. I asked NTB to evaluate lower control arms and they found no play or anything abnormal or cause for concern. I saw the before/after alignment reports. The wheels were cambered in on the inner side. I was quoted $1500 to effect the suggested repair, I'm glad I brought the car to NTB first. I'm only sharing my experience so the techs know if this happens again to evaluate the alignment of the vehicle.

It was a long wait but they did tell me when I got there it would be 1 and 1/2 to two hours but I didn’t arrange to leave it because I didn’t know ahead of time that it would be that long.
