Industry standard for rotor replacement is pads should be replaced at the same time.Substandardecision decision was made. Iam extremely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Service was the first after purchase of our 2025 RAV4 Limited. All aspects of Brewer Toyota went above my expectations. The facility was spotless and very welcoming. The drive-in area was awesome. We loved our experience with Brewer Toyota today. However, one thing just got my attention, on the Invoice explaining work to be done and completed it was repeated 3 times on each job. Probably the computer did this. With that being said, you could save ink and paper which would be more profitable to you. Again, we loved everything at Brewer Toyota today.

We were very satisfied with our visit to Brewer's Toyota today, getting wiper blades replaced with the coupon we received in the mail and Jim made sure he told us about the one year warranty on the wipers.

Everyone was welcoming and lovely - and I assume competent. We found the prices, however, to be far too high: $100 for an oil change and $160+ to just look at our non-operating tailgate lift and let us know how much more than that it would cost to repair. We were prepared to pay a bit more than we might elsewhere but felt that it was too much more. So, while we may be back for Toyota specific repairs, oil changes and other generic maintenance will probably get done elsewhere.

The only thing I'm not completely satisfied with is I have no confidence that the multipoint inspection is actually performed. I was once told by an employee that didn't even bother all they really do is the oil change and rotate the tires. This is actually typical of any car manufacturer service but I just wish that one manufacturer would actually do what they say when it comes to that
Excellent service by Noah. Also, I met with Marty the sales person I bought the car from and he went over some technical things about the car again with me. I was impressed by the service and the level of professionalism at Brewer Airport Toyota today.
Since Greg has been promoted he still takes the time to be my service agent.He always has my best interest at heart and is very professional. I don't know what I'd do without him.

I have worked with Scot Meade on my car and my mother’s car several times. He is very attentive, polite, and informative. Even today he was very informative, even though he seemed to be having a bad day. Was very helpful with my car. I made sure everything was taken care of thank you for letting me express that Scot has handled every situation well

Ive been taking my vehicle to your shop for 10 yrs. Andrew did fine. Im not happy with the tech who worked on my truck. He didnt put enough transmission fluid in which created issues. Hopefully this will not happen again

dropped truck off at 8:30 went back at 2:00 not even in the shop yet. had appt at 9:30 picked up at 4:30 and total was wrong not satisfied employee was nice but to little to late
