Very satisfied with service until I mentioned that the O in Crown fell off my car less than one week of ownership. Told that it is not covered by warranty because the O was knocked off. This very short sited of Toyota and your dealership. I will be driving around with no O on the back of my car for the next 5-6 years. People already have asked about it. I tell them it has fallen off. It is very difficult for me to recommend toyota or your dealership to friends and family. How difficult is it to glue a new O on the back of my csr?

I haven’t looked under my truck or under the hood yet, but if the oil on my recently washed door and door handle is any indication of the slob that changed my oil it’s lucky to be running. Don’t change my radio channels and wash your freaking hands.

Scott was very helpful. I was originally in for a recall fix, but asked if I could also do standard maintenance for the mileage. He was quick to accommodate that request. I always appreciate the good service at your dealership. My Rav 4 Hybrid is almost five years old, and in the time I’ve had the car the service has been outstanding. I have no doubt I’ll buy my next car at your dealership too.

The problem with my air conditioner was not really solved. It is a problem that I have had four years ago when I first bought it. Unfortunately is a problem from the beginning and it was never fixed correctly
