Two hour wait for an inspection is unacceptable. I made an appointment a month ago!!!!! I really have to think about the next time if it’s worth my Time. . Otherwise the service representative was very nice and tried his best but it was still 2 hours!!!!

Everything was fine except they didn’t figure out what the sound was coming from my vehicle. It clearly can be heard but the techs claimed they don’t hear it.

I almost never answer your surveys. Everybody has a survey these days. I wanted to let you know that the service representative I dealt with was excellent. You guys said answer one question. I answered that and then another question popped up about. Do I want to trade in price for my car.. What I want is for these questionnaires to stop From not just you But everybody I deal with. And now, in addition to the two questions, you already asked you’re asking for my comments. Well, you have them now. I hope you don’t bother me with any more of these stupid questionnaires in the future.

Alexis had me checked in rapidly, quickly sent over the initial evaluations of the vehicle, followed-up with some info concerning a change of the air filter. She was responsive and dependable at getting my service appointment completed and getting me on my way in the most responsive way possible. I would rate her service chaperoning with an “A” grade.
