Arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted by service representative. Great lounge and refreshments. After an hour received a text video from the mechanic explaining what he found and explained that all important areas were like new and did not need to be replaced. I requested courtesy wash and was happy how clean they got my vehicle!

Jose did a great job as our Service Advisor. It did take a bit longer than I expected. However, I don't mind because you can't rush maintenance & perfection! That's why I didn't mind. Besides, it was part my fault because I was originally a "drop & go," but decided to hang out. ???? Getting the trick washed
