Jose is ALWAYS great… a little concerned that I had to come back a few days after having my front brakes replaced because my front end was feeling wobbly and noisy only to find out that service tech didn’t tighten the left front wheel… thankful I was driving and not my wife.

I was told the passenger window wouldn't roll up, so they couldn't wash the car. When I got in car the widow rolled up first try. I asked them to try again before I picked up the car, that it always rolled up if you give it a minute. They just didn't take my word for it.

I had to take my truck to Toyota yesterday had a squeaky door. I was met by Danielle, she examined my door and told me she thought it was just a bolt that was loose. When I picked it up, that was exactly what was wrong with it. Danielle is amazing and has awesome customer service.

Jennifer Claflin always does a superb job addressing every concerns I bring up to her. The vehicle service was done in a timely manner because of her hands-on, candid, I'll personally take care of it attitude.
