I was not told about the extra services that were done before being done and the expense. I was not prepared financially and Jose had the attitude of oh well... and that I shouldnhave known. My car also sat back there after the maintenance for an hour with nonuodates

I scheduled an oil change the morning before we left to come back home to Colorado and Jose and Anderson Toyota were great! Had me back on the road in about an hour. Great customer service and atmosphere!

Jennifer was amazing she always lets me know what’s going on with my car while it’s being worked on every step of the way. Jennifer also always makes sure I’m doing okay and asks if I need anything. Give her a raise ????????

2 hrs + for a oil lube filter wash. I'm sure they did a good job but still.I had my Subaru oil filter done in 20 min. While waiting for my Tundra.

Service was completed expeditiously. Service manager Evan Collins was friendly and professional. As I had recently injured my knee , making walking difficult. Evan graciously went out to retrieve my car and drove out up to the front door to keep me from walking the extra distance to the regular parking area for serviced vehicles. That was greatly appreciated. Thanks Evan.???? I also appreciate the snacks and drinks that Anderson Toyota provides while customers wait for their vehicles to be serviced. Hats off to great customer service!

It took entirely too long to install new tires and complete a wheel alignment. No one bothered to monitor how long it was taking or inform me of the reason for the delay. I also feel that the warranty on the tires was not clearly explained before purchase. If that information had been shared prior to purchase and installation I would not have to buy them from your dealership. In the past I have always given excellent reviews of your service department and staff. I cannot say this was in anyway a positive experience.
