I was advised I needed a front end alinement I just finished spending $200 on wheel balance and only asked for an oil change aware the my tires were on the edge . Thank you but I got it

No need to contact me. Jose Chavez is always great. Had a hard time communicating effectively with scheduling service as far as what time my appointment was. When my car would be picked up. When it would be done and dropped off etc. A big selling point previously was the convenience of your pick up and drop off. I highly doubt I will rely on this in the future.

Jose was recommended to me after purchasing my Venza. I’m grateful for that recommendation. Jose is efficient, and responsive and personable. He answers all my questions and informs me of the progress. He’s also been able to be accommodating to my time and/or situational changes and I find that rare and welcoming. I look forward to a long association with Toyota and Jose Chavez.
