I love the personal service that I get at your dealership and I absolutely adore Jose. I'm not sure how I feel about this automated system because I want to talk to Jose about what's going on not respond in a text message so I will continue to talk to Jose instead of responding to your new automated system. I'm glad that it works for you. I always know my car is in good hands when I come there.

Mike is a great service representative. Explained what was happening and when I should expect my car to be finished. Also explained your new system to me and showed me how to view it on my phone. I have been coming to Anderson Toyota for about 20 years now and have never left unhappy. Keep up the great work
