We’ve been trying to get our 2023 Highlander fixed since May. It’s just now, December 8th, fixed. We’ve bought 3 cars from Anderson dealerships. After this fiasco, in which we drove a car that looked like it had been in a wreck for the majority of 2023, I doubt we will buy another car from an Anderson dealership. There is much more to this story, such as broken promises from the dealership and being treated as if we were lying about the front radiator grill falling off. But I doubt the dealership cares.

Jennifer set up same day oil change, and I had other things that needed to be done, She was able to get everything I needed serviced done same day. Brakes and transmission service. Thanks so much. She is kind and very professional.

I had an 8.15 A.M. appointment for a normal service with no oil change. Usually takes an hour to hour and half.i did not get out of there till 11.10 a.m. Then my service advisor did not check me out. She had someone else go over my paperwork. Not the usual top quality as expected.
