I had an 8.15 A.M. appointment for a normal service with no oil change. Usually takes an hour to hour and half.i did not get out of there till 11.10 a.m. Then my service advisor did not check me out. She had someone else go over my paperwork. Not the usual top quality as expected.

Actually there was a problem with our order of racks. Jose met with his Manager and they were quick to resolve the problem. I have been bringing my older Lexus for service for 3 plus years. Jose has always helped me. He is not only friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and dependable. We are very happy to have our new Toyata. Hope Jose stays for a long time!

Yes, with Jose, 100% complete satisfaction. However the problem I came in with still persists. And my understanding is that Toyota’s policy is to try to resolve the issue w/ a fix? And not a replacement of the part. So I will have to return when the part comes in. Not a big problem, just a little inconvenience on my end, but Toyota of Anderson was exceptionally well to deal with. Thank you Rick Crawford
