So we arrived around 10:30 in the morning with no appointment, primarily because when we got our last service with an appointment the service folks told us it didn’t matter if we had an appointment cars would be taken as they arrived and we would just have to wait, so we thought why get an appointment! So this time suddenly things have changed, which having an appointment is better for sure if they take priority. It was pretty disappointing though as Brian not to politely told us we would not get our service until 4:00 PM. What would have been nice is you guys could have sent your regular customers some kind of message that appointments do take priority and they are recommended. We travel an hour to get there one way, I think you could have tried to get us in sooner than 6 hours later, we left and did not get our service today.

Jose is always a pleasure to he remembers me everytime from out of state customer by name. Always reach’s out with updates ahead of time without me having too. He’s one of the best I’ve dealt with in customer service and I have a couple other vehicles in the high end brands that don’t give me the service he provides.

I sent this to Toyota: I have a 2024 Prius that has had low 12 volt battery problems for more than a year. Yesterday, I drove the car 60 miles to my nearest Toyota dealer for it's third service appointment. I again mentioned the low 12 volt problem. They said the service techs would check it out. When they gave the car back to me, the report said the battery passed. But, the car would not even start on the first try. They showed me the battery test results: Voltage 11.96, state of charge 16% This was after drive of more than an hour to get the service done. I am a retired engineer and know that a 16% state of charge is certainly less than what it should have been after a more than hour drive. They said they would do a warrant battery check. They did the test and said it passed. But the report only showed 12.24v! In the evening after the 60 mile drive home the battery dropped to 12.02. In the morning it was at 11.96v And this afternoon is was down to 11.86. There is problem with the 12v charging system to only be at 16% charge after more than an hour of driving to get there. I drove it about 30 miles the day before. There is also a problem with 12v battery dropping so fast. The dealer did not say the they did a test of the charging system or check for above average discharge currents. I attach the two voltage test results the dealer showed me. How can I get someone to solve my Prius 12v problem?

Appreciate that the seat issue is being fixed but it keeps breaking so it makes me concerned about future Toyota purchases for this Toyota only customer. The comfort quality needs to be looked at for new models.
