A special kudos to Jose. I have been a regular customer since October 2014. Jose has consistently provided exceptional service above and beyond. As for the Anderson Toyota team I have been impressed with the consistent high quality of customer service from every member. They have obviously been well trained. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, no matter who, or what department I go to, I receive the same quality service and professionalism. Pretty remarkable. Very few businesses provide that level of service nowadays. Jose is a real asset to your business. I don’t make these comments lightly. As a pilot, both military and civil for 47 years and an airport manager for 33 years, I appreciate these quality service traits. Good job to Management, and all the staff at Anderson Toyota. I will see you when I make my next vehicle purchase.

Jennifer in the service department was very informative, helpful and pleasant. The staff went above and beyond, gave me insight on important information that I didn’t know to ask. I work with the public and believe that it is our moral obligation to give the customer information that they don’t know to ask.

I was happy with my service how ever I went for a regular service got there at 10am and was told that I needed to get a tire replaced so they where doing that well I thought they where I was then informed that no one went to pick up my tire so needles to say I did not make it home until 4pm and my car was not ready until 330

So we arrived around 10:30 in the morning with no appointment, primarily because when we got our last service with an appointment the service folks told us it didn’t matter if we had an appointment cars would be taken as they arrived and we would just have to wait, so we thought why get an appointment! So this time suddenly things have changed, which having an appointment is better for sure if they take priority. It was pretty disappointing though as Brian not to politely told us we would not get our service until 4:00 PM. What would have been nice is you guys could have sent your regular customers some kind of message that appointments do take priority and they are recommended. We travel an hour to get there one way, I think you could have tried to get us in sooner than 6 hours later, we left and did not get our service today.

Service department has taken care of our 4Runner since we bought there new. Always great care and service. Jennifer is outstanding and provides the best customer service and represents your brand in an outstanding fashion. She is the best⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
