Jose has always been helpful, thorough and has answered all of my questions/ concerns. It’s always been 5 star treatment! I was surprised to find out that my engine will be changed out, but after previously owning an F150 that was known to have engine problems in the 2004-2008 models and Ford not accepting any responsibility for such, I’m glad my sons talked me into Toyota. They have a great reputation and I can see why! Also, Bonnie who drives the shuttle is wonderful!

Jennifer is great. She’s always on the ball and follows through. Unfortunately, the porter missed the memo on keeping his dirty shoes off of my floor mats. I caught him and grabbed a plastic floor mat and seat cover myself.
