I recently moved to Vail Arizona near Tucson from Lake Havasu where I lived for 22 I do not like the dealers there. I was visiting lake havasu and went to Andersons for my service. They are the best. Very quick service.

The Apple play in the car is not functioning correctly. I have an update on my phone scheduled for tonight hoping it helps. If I still have problems after tonight. I’ll be calling to schedule work on the computer. Thanks. Evan was most cordial and helpful.

I'm sorry I came down to get my windshield wipers fixed. I have been trying for a long time to get them to go but when I got down there they worked but I did get my car washed. I thought the service was excellent.

I have always been treated well by all of the group that works there. The only bad thing I can say is, I don’t thinks it’s right at all to charge you a fee when paying with a credit or debit card.

I sat waiting the first day 4 HOURS. Granted I received updates, but then the problem wasn't really resolved (or another one surfaced) and I was back for 3 more HOURS the following day. At that point I was offered a ride home. So why wasn't that suggested the previous day and earlier that day? Ultimately I ended up with a loner car and the problems were finally corrected. Thankfully under warranty. My dissatisfaction comes from not being offered alternate waiting options sooner.
