I have always been treated well by all of the group that works there. The only bad thing I can say is, I don’t thinks it’s right at all to charge you a fee when paying with a credit or debit card.

I sat waiting the first day 4 HOURS. Granted I received updates, but then the problem wasn't really resolved (or another one surfaced) and I was back for 3 more HOURS the following day. At that point I was offered a ride home. So why wasn't that suggested the previous day and earlier that day? Ultimately I ended up with a loner car and the problems were finally corrected. Thankfully under warranty. My dissatisfaction comes from not being offered alternate waiting options sooner.

Jen always look out for my best interest! She’s honest, reliable and cares for her customers! I was highly satisfied by my last service… my car was running smother than ever, my headlights were restored, my car was vacuumed and washed and my tires glowed. I felt like I was given a new car! She was very patient and very HONEST! She went over and BEYOND our expectations. We had an issue locating tires for our truck. She made calls and help me get set up for needed maintenance with a nice payment plans! I love options! And Jennifer did just that! She is FANTABOLOUS AND DESERVES RECOGNITION. When I got home and checked my credit card receipt there was an added $32 surcharge that nobody mentioned. If that is because I used my Chase Visa card, I wish someone would have given me an advanced heads up. I would have given you a check instead. I am 88 years old this month living on a fixed Social Security income. I drive a 10 year old Corolla because I have a tight budget. Every bit of money I can save is important now that I’m no longer working.
