Jose is simply the BEST service guy ever! His attention to detail instills confidence & is much appreciated! Jose always takes good care of me. Thank you to the unseen Service guys who do a solid job of keeping my car in good repair! Bonnie (shuttle/snacks) was so warm and welcoming…she loves working there, by the way. Thanks for keeping the drinks & snacks & the free car wash…that may seem insignificant, but it reflects your commitment to Customer Service & comfort when waiting. Kaylyn was so helpful & friendly, she is a keeper for sure. Ryan checked me in & took the time to teach me how to reset my average MPG…terrific employee. Jamie was knowledgeable & so amiable in previewing the new limited Prius Hybrid amenities…I will purchase from Anderson when ready! I was aware that even the nice man who empties the trash was a dedicated worker & was treated with respect…customers notice these things & they do matter. I missed connecting with Robert Ross, as it was his day off, but I look forward to meeting him. Anderson Toyota is an excellent dealership & you continue to earn my loyalty!

Is free two weeks idbut being in shop as they didn’t know why the new elecricsl system didn’t done I drove up from bhc to pick it up snd on way back the service light was on but had to continue back sd had the frt front ri shield fixed before any possible rein(had leak) so when I drive ur sll rhe way back up the system light was on due to mechanic forgetting to put the die hose back on, such a waste of half work dsy snd gas dor me. I really question your mechanics knowledge and silll be using fondly in Henderson for future repairs

Awesome experience for standard service on my 4Runner. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The popcorn, ice cream and drinks were much appreciated while we waited. Danielle was wonderful. Thank you!
