Tom was super accommodating and reassuring to me! He assured me that my 8am appointment would have me driving away in an hour and a half or less. I really needed that to happen as I had a day of obligations to get to and the thought of not having the car ready by 0930 was giving me anxiety, but Tom was super understanding and made it happen! It was early, I was stressed and felt overwhelmed and he was so kind and calming to me. Thank you Tom!

Christian was outstanding. This was my first visit to the dealership for service. I was greeted by Christian immediately. He had me checked in, answered my questions & made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area. In no time, Christian escorted me from the waiting area to his desk area where he reviewed my service appointment then walked me to my vehicle & off I went from an amazingly smooth & professional experience. Seana was very helpful. I made this appt three weeks ago following concerns that my Navigation System still isn’t working. This was my 4th visit to the Dealership for this problem with my new car. Turns out the person to work on it, Ben doesn’t work on Thursdays. Tech, Dylan was very helpful but he couldn’t connect his phone to my car either. I’m worried now. I have my 5th appt. scheduled for May 4th. I need hands free navigation and phone and the reason I Leased this car. Elaine S
