I had brought in my truck two weeks ago due to a service engine light. Over the weekend it came on again so I had to bring it back last week. I was informed that it was inconclusive, so they needed to do a smoke test. They did the smoke test, and had to remove the bed for the test where they found out a connector had been unclipped. The service engine light corrected upon reconnecting it. They seemed very skeptical that it could have been dislodged unless the bed had been removed and manually unclipped. I have never had work done to the bed of the truck, and it is concerning that this problem manifested following a service visit the week before. I was charged for the work, that appears could have been avoided with a thorough assessment. I have always been happy with your company, as I leased my truck through you and often got service through your company. But in light of what I can only refer to as questionable practices resulting in unnecessary charges, I am reluctant to perform business with you moving forward.

I brought my truck back after Michele Smith contacted me regarding my concerns about the service. I was frustrated that the A/C had not been tested after the truck had been sitting in the sun, and I didn’t feel the explanation I initially received addressed the issue. When I returned, Bobby listened carefully to my concerns and made sure they were communicated to the technician who serviced the truck. What stood out this time was that both Michele and Bobby took ownership of the situation and followed through until it was resolved. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. They are the reason I will continue bringing my vehicle to Sullivan Brothers for service.

It took over two hours and I had an appointment. I had to go to the front desk to complain and then they got my car done. An oil change shouldn’t take more than 1/2 hour.
