Staff were very nice! I waited 2 1/2 hours almost I had an 8 o'clock appointment and I did not get out of there until after 10. Very unhappy with the service.!

You should not arrive for the first a]ointment of the day to see 13 cars lined up ahead of you for just a sticker! One hour is acceptable but longer is unreasonable!

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and multiple point inspection. Invoice records the multiple point inspection and oil change but nothing documented about a tire rotation. I usually get a report on brake life and each item of the multiple point inspection but I did not receive one which gives me doubt that a tire rotation was even done. I asked if it was done, and was told that it was but again, I don’t see it documented on my invoice.

Tom was truly a professional technician in all aspects of his job. I truly appreciated his communication skills from chrome car in to the shop today. He was polite, friendly and intelligent! Simply a true professional person. Thank you so much for having such a valued person on the team. Bob brought to my attention that my plate did not have a 27 sticker on it. However my registration for the car was through 27. I was in for oil change and inspection sticker which were done. He suggested I drive down to the registry with my registration to get a 27 sticker. I did and no problem at all at the RMV. Thank you Bob!
