I was pretty disappointed you failed my inspection over tinted windows. It would have been less annoying if you just told me you wouldn't pass it. I just had you help me with a custom light install and a five thousand dollar lift kit. This is the beginning of a long and expensive build and I would have thought you would value that as a relationship. I also have three other Toyotas and I have other local choices for service.

I was very unhappy with my experience today. Today Patti Majewski advised me that my rear brakes had 3mm of pad left and should be changed. I agreed it was low, and Patti said they should "clean up" (lathe) the rotors. Second we discussed the front rotor possible replacement, 1hr of labor talked down from 2hr and replace only with NEW rotors. Do not waste labor time on a lathe for front or rear, I wanted only new parts regardless. Fronts were canceled (not in stock). What was the result? 2 rear brakes turned down in a lathe for $382 in labor when entire replacement is far less. It's a dumb game to play with customers. When I called back and asked her the cost of an hour of labor vs. a new rear rotor, then all of a sudden we have memory loss and can't quote a new rotor price and we'll have to ask parts. That's no surprise, right? This is the second time I have been lied to by Patti; last year she said my tires were "worn and needed an alignment" but they were absolutely fine, and my factory OEM alignment was zero degrees of toe. What came back to me? 0.14" on both sides like a snowplow, ready to burn up my tires on purpose. I complained to Toyota corporate after having my local shop laser-align the car back to true zero. Toyota corporate sent me a check to cover the alignment cost from Sullivan Toyota. Looks like I'm contacting corporate again to share what happened today with Sullivan Toyota and their constant disingenuous up-sells and deliberate miscommunications. It's a terrible representation of the brand. I'm absolutely exhausted dealing with the antics of this dealership and service department. This is all after nearly killing my wife several years ago when a technician forgot to replace the lug nuts on her Camry after a standard tire rotation; she stopped coming to Sullivan then, but I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt due to your convenient location. That's out the window now. This is seriously the worst dealership of any franchise in any state I've ever dealt with.
