The PEOPLE ARE GREAT! Professional and VERY PATIENT to work with. Why are you cramming in appointments and making people wait over 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation? I’m told the appointments are made by a service in CA so it would seem the issue is not with the dealership. This statement is not made angrily, but I want to provide honest feedback. This is my second appointment and they were both unusually long waits. I need to make sure this review doesn’t reflect a poor review for the service group. The service group is wonderful.
